Qualifications and responsibilities for this Excavating Estimator opportunity include:

- 3+ years of Construction Estimating experience
- Must have Excavation / Underground Construction project take-off / bid experience
- Proficiency in estimating software, including HCSS Heavy Bid, as well as on-screen take-off
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints, specifications and contract documents
- Develop and review excavating project estimates, scope, and contract documentation, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to select subcontractors and strategize pre-bid and post-bid processes, including preparing and reviewing bids
- Manage and document estimate processes, change orders, and subcontractor information, ensuring compliance and effective use of project management software

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
