Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or similar is required
- 3+ years of experience in real estate development with a focus on construction management and owners’ representation
- Ground up, retail, commercial and/or restaurant experience, preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Drop Box, MS Office Suite; CAD/Revit, Procore, and Bluebeam is a plus
- Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledgeable in building codes, lease terminology, and adept at building professional relationships
- Oversee construction management for commercial retail projects, including site development, new constructions, remodels, expansions, and tenant improvements
- Collaborate on projects across various divisions such as leasing, property management, and foodservice

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
