Qualifications and responsibilities for this Survey Department Manager opportunity include:

- 7+ years of land surveying experience, including previous management experience required
- Arizona Professional Land Surveyor Registration and A.S. in Surveying preferred
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Civil 3D/MicroStation Survey, and Trimble Office software
- Familiarity with aerial mapping control surveys, geodetic surveys, local and national survey standards, Arizona Statutes/Administrative Code as they relate to Surveying and Mapping
- Manage survey staff and oversee daily operations, including reviewing crew diaries, approving timesheets, and ensuring job site safety
- Prepare and/or review calculations for construction staking, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, subdivision plats, land splits, and other survey maps or plats

Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
