Qualifications and responsibilities for this Process/Manufacturing Automation Engineer opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of process/manufacturing engineering experience or equivalent
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite; SolidWorks preferred
- Experience programming Nordson (YESTECH) M2 Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment
- Experience programming automated pick and place equipment and familiar with hybrid microelectronics assembly
- Skilled in surface mount technology (SMT) including generating and fabricating solder stencils
- Experience at contract-manufacturer for aerospace production (highly preferred)
- Capable of drafting procedure documentation following MIL-STD-100 and working effectively in ESD safe environments
- Design and develop automated manufacturing solutions, including programming machines and organizing software files
- Support day-to-day operations, analyze test failures, mentor staff, and coordinate audits, while also assisting in material selections and cross-functional coordination
- Must be a U.S. Citizen

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
