Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Estimator opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering
- 12+ years of experience in construction cost estimating; 12 months of on-site experience preferred
- Successfully led pursuits valued up to $250 million in delivery model hard bid/lump sum, construction management/cost reimbursable/target price and/or design build
- Extensive experience with self-perform estimates, productivity understanding, and comprehensive knowledge of various construction methods, planning, scheduling, sequencing, and potential problems
- Proficiency in estimating software
- Conduct detailed analysis of contract documents, specifications, and drawings for large projects to determine project requirements, including bonding and insurance
- Lead pricing efforts, including quantity take-off, general expense, and project-specific requirements for medium to large projects, ensuring bid validity and addressing price escalation

Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
