Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in construction cost estimating; 6 months of on-site experience preferred
- Successfully led pursuits valued at up to $25 million in various delivery methods
- General construction knowledge; understanding specifications, drawings, materials, and methods and procedures
- Working knowledge of estimating software
- Lead small to medium estimates and review bid documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Analyze contract documents and specifications to validate project requirements and conduct full quantity take-offs of labor, equipment, and materials
- Assist with tender forms, bid document control, and developing relationships with stakeholders, while identifying and mitigating project risks

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
