About the Job
FORMLESS is searching for a highly skilled Software Infrastructure Engineer to contribute to our company’s growth. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys problem solving, innovating, and learning in a fast-paced environment. This role will be a leading technical contributor to the enhancement and maintenance of our technology product, focused on content distribution on blockchain.

What You Will Be Responsible For
Performing meaningful, large scale code contributions using engineering best practices to further the objective of the project and mission of the company.
Performing code reviews with the highest standard of excellence and using discretion based on business goals and timelines.
Strategizing, researching, and recommending areas for improvement and best practices.
Assist in technical training and leadership of talented junior engineers.
Develop APIs and robust scalable infrastructure solutions for customers and partners
Implement integrations, performance improvements and optimization in the frontend dApp code
About You
Proficient full stack engineer.
Proficient in API design implementation and documentation.
Proficient in testing best practices, e.g. CI/CD and unit test frameworks.
Proficient in authoring complex design documents and reviewing the design documents of others––providing granular feedback and constructive critique.
Proficiency in large scale SW development methodologies, e.g. Agile.
Experience with TypeScript and Solidity, Smart Contract engineering and Cloud infrastructure.
Experience in web security best practices.
Experience leading feature completion from ideation through production at a rapid pace.
Accelerated learner with foundational knowledge of key technologies: Cloud, Blockchain, Payments Infrastructure and High Scale High Availability Systems.
Proven self motivated leader and high impact contributor.
Must have US work authorization
