Qualifications and responsibilities for this Metallurgical Failure Analysis Engineer opportunity include:

- Bachelor degree in Metallurgy or related field
- 10+ years of metallurgical failure analysis experience, with 5+ years in a management role
- Knowledge and experience of safe operation of metallurgical testing equipment and operating in lab and/or industrial environment
- Ensure work compliance to ISO 17025 requirements
- Manage metallurgical failure analysis workload, including personnel and equipment resources
- Develop, motivate, and mentor team members in Metallurgy & Failure Analysis
- Assist in resolving technical issues within complex projects
- Oversee instrumentation for Metallurgy/Failure Analysis while maintaining safety, health, and environmental practices

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
