Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Designer opportunity include:

- Associates Degree in Architecture
- 2+ years of experience as a Drafter or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with 3D Software such as SketchUp and Luminaire preferred
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to gather requirements and designs, calculating dimensions and material needs
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs, diagrams, and layouts, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards
- Meet with clients to discuss design requirements, provide recommendations, and incorporate feedback into designs
- Estimate costs, time, and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry codes and legal standards
- Commercial, multifamily, and residential interior construction, build outs, and MEP work

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
