Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Operations opportunity include:

- 5+ years of multifamily construction project management experience
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and Sage 100
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Oversee operations and projects, including project management, estimation, and supervision of field personnel
- Manage the Dallas division's growth through hiring and overseeing project managers, estimators, and superintendents
- Travel across Texas for projects and network to expand business opportunities in the Dallas market

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonuses and profit sharing.
