Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- 2-5 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- Oversee projects from planning to post-construction, ensuring projects adhere to guidelines and are completed within assigned territories
- Establish and maintain relationships with all project stakeholders, manage project schedules, budgeting, and contractual documents, while ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to approval processes
- Coordinate construction activities, including meetings, change orders, and documentation, and manage warranty issues and inspections to guarantee project integrity and compliance
- Renovations and new construction of Parishes and Schools

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
