Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- Must have previous construction project management experience and construction sales background
- Expertise in exterior construction, preferably in roofing and siding
- Skilled with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or AccuLynx
- Manage project lifecycle, including initial contact with leads, jobsite visits, and field measurements to create and follow up on estimates
- Coordinate project execution by scheduling subcontractors, ordering materials, and overseeing job progress
- Finalize projects by ensuring all tasks are completed and closing jobs out

Salary: This position has a 100% commission-based compensation structure, with expected earnings of $90,000 to $100,000 in the first year.
