Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage engineering projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure engineering deliverables meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial success.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, addressing engineering challenges and applying best practices.
  • Conduct cost analysis to determine estimates to complete and additional funding requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with client contractual requirements, company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working on multiple petrochemical projects in an office setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and initiative-driven, with the ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Authorization to work for any U.S. employer.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 4-8years of experience working on petrochemical projects, with a focus on project management.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
