Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure engineering deliverables meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial success.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, addressing engineering challenges and applying best practices.
- Conduct cost analysis to determine estimates to complete and additional funding requirements.
- Ensure compliance with client contractual requirements, company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience working on multiple petrochemical projects in an office setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and initiative-driven, with the ability to anticipate client needs.
- Authorization to work for any U.S. employer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 4-8years of experience working on petrochemical projects, with a focus on project management.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
