Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing
- Experience with IATF Standard
- Experience in managing 20+ hourly direct reports across shifts, with strong project management and personnel management skills
- Technical proficiency in inch/metric conversion, use of measuring equipment, and practical statistics, alongside manufacturing experience (e.g., injection molding, metal processing)
- MS Office and SAP knowledge preferred
- Lead team development, ensuring adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards
- Oversee training, evaluations, and maintain process and quality knowledge for operational efficiency
- Create production schedules and determine resource requirements

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
