Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimating & Procurement Manager opportunity include:

- Proficiency in purchasing, estimating, and project management
- Experience in coordinating with various trades and ensuring project progression
- Comprehensive understanding of project development and scheduling
- Manage procurement processes for materials, supplies, and equipment, ensuring quality standards and cost-effectiveness
- Estimate costs for custom and production home projects by analyzing blueprints and specifications
- Coordinate construction activities in the field, including subcontractor management and material deliveries

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
