Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 10-20 years of civil engineering and stormwater design experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Experience in the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimate (PS&E) packages for public and private stormwater management facilities and/or site development civil engineering projects
- Experience using Civil 3D and Bluebeam
- Lead and design transformative green stormwater infrastructure projects to improve urban ecology and communities
- Collaborate on sustainable stormwater solutions, supporting municipal programs and setting design standard
- Manage civil engineering projects for green spaces, ensuring high water quality and addressing ecological challenges

Salary: $92,000 - $148,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
