Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect opportunity including:

- Licensed Architect and/or Degree in Architecture
- Must have experience with commercial projects
- Proficiency in Revit required
- Develop preliminary concepts, schematic designs, and construction documents for retail projects, including building shells and tenant build-outs
- Verify existing conditions and approve plans
- Review and approve plans from internal and external sources, including tenant space plans and shop drawings
- Coordinate with construction, architectural, and civil engineering teams, providing necessary drawings and information while ensuring compliance with design intent and code requirements
- Commercial and institutional projects

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
