Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer opportunity include:

- 10-20 years of experience in HVAC systems design (chillers and boilers)
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering (HVAC focus), Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience with field surveys, code analyses, calculations, equipment selections, and specifications
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Lead the design of mechanical systems for both existing and new buildings, managing local projects with a focus on technical excellence
- Coordinate projects to ensure they meet client expectations in terms of quality, budget, and timeline, while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders
- Proactively identify and solve problems, mentor staff with technical guidance, and expand business by building relationships with new clients

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
