Job Description As Equipment Wholesale Trade Manager at Megatel, you will be a key part of our team and will be required to engage in the following duties:
- Oversee and manage wholesale sales operations of the company
- Responsible for forecasting, budgeting and budget implementation, as they relate to business, sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals
- Liaise and maintain good working relationships with international suppliers and distributors to acquire materials
- Evaluate and analyze equipment, products and technologies available in the marketplace to ensure Megatel’s quality and competitiveness
- Tie market research to production priorities to improve sales revenue
- Identify opportunities for new business channels and accounts, and develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels
- Determine policies and individual terms of contracts, including pricing, timelines, credit and delivery
- Ensure systems are in place to keep clients up-to-date and fully satisfied, addressing any issues that arise, including client pain points
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff, ensure staff satisfaction, and evaluate performance
- Oversee relevant staff and liaise among teams to ensure that production and sales operations align

Work hours: 30 hours per week
Salary: CAD $75,000 per annum plus bonus on performance

Requirements
- 5+ years of business and sales operations management experience in the equipment or machinery industries
- 5+ years of experience developing sales and business strategies incorporating strong market research, forecasting/budgeting, customer management and logistics
- 5+ years of experience dealing with international suppliers and distributors and handling logistics issues
- In-depth understanding and ability to develop operational processes to further sales/revenue goals
- Advanced knowledge of sales and marketing software and applications
- Excellent team management experience
- Client management and CRM (Salesforce and HubSpot) experience
- A college diploma or equivalent experience
