Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Transportation Engineer 3 to support the agency’s mission by ensuring highway projects are constructed in compliance with established contract administration policies and procedures. This position manages the Olympic Region Quality Assurance Program and is the Olympic Region Radiation Safety Officer. This position schedules and proctors certification events and examinations for material testers. The timing and frequency of material tester audits are determined by this position in conjunction with Project Engineer Offices. The position works in an energetic, fast-paced environment which requires schedule flexibility, organization, and high quality customer service.
