Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer
Employment Type- 1-year contract with the possibility of extension of up to 2 years
Location- Onsite in Redmond, WA

Summary:
We are specifically looking for a candidate with a broad set of experiences, including embedded design, analog/mixed-signal design, and camera experience. The systems we work with could have ASICs, microcontrollers, microprocessors, FPGAs from simple to large, displays, audio, inertial sensors, haptic interfaces, image sensors, and high-speed I/O. The ideal candidate would be comfortable designing mixed high-speed digital circuit boards, be experienced with troubleshooting at the board and system level, and have some analog design and test experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop schematics, guide board layout, assemble, test, debug, and integrate multi-component electrical systems using industry-standard simulation and design packages such as SPICE, MATLAB, and Altium
  • Successfully bring up and debug optoelectrical systems that include image sensors, display driver ICs, lasers, depth sensors, switching power supplies, or low/high-speed digital communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, MIPI, and USB SS
  • Able to adapt and respond to changing priorities
  • Simulate and test machine/structure/system operation.
Education/Experience:
  • BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of industry experience in hardware design or electrical engineering roles, including use of schematic and board layout tools and bench test equipment such as oscilloscopes/logic analyzers/function generators
TOP MUST-HAVES:
