Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Estimator opportunity include:

- 5+ years commercial construction estimating experience
- Experience using Procore or similar software
- Review project plans and specifications to understand scope and requirements
- Quantify materials, labor, and subcontractor costs to prepare detailed cost estimates
- Collaborate with project teams, analyze risks, and prepare bid proposals to secure projects

Salary: $100,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus commissions.
