Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- 3+ years of commercial MEP Construction Project Management experience
- Experience with Concur, Procore, Microsoft Project, and Excel a plus
- Skilled in financial forecasting and contract analysis, including monthly projections and comprehension of scopes of work, owner, and subcontractor contracts
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Experience with Energy Efficiency based projects preferred
- OSHA 10 and 30 preferred
- Coordinate construction projects, schedules, and budgets to meet deadlines and productivity goals
- Ensure compliance with safety codes, quality control, and warranty period management

Salary: $100,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
