Qualifications and responsibilities for this Solar Superintendent opportunity include:

- Must have commercial solar installation experience
- Experience using project management software, Procore is a plus
- Capable of leading and managing crews of roof top installers
- Oversee daily operations, including logging activities, managing material deliveries, and coordinating site logistics
- Facilitate communication and documentation for project materials, tools, and crew efficiency, including RFI coordination between field and project management teams
- Direct and manage installation processes, from layout to commissioning, including supervising electrical contractors and conducting tests
- Organize and train field teams, manage material staging and handling, and personally execute field installation tasks as necessary
- Commercial and industrial solar projects

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
