Qualifications and responsibilities for this Executive Project Manager opportunity include:

- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Familiarity with steel detailing
- Must have some exposure to Tekla software to review models
- Experience working within a steel manufacturer, fabricator or design firm is preferred
- Capable of overseeing 5-6 Project Managers, as well as some Project Coordinators and Modelers
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Project Managers in the Phoenix/Tempe office
- Ensure that the Project Management team is capable of and executing identification and appropriate financial recovery of all scope/design changes on the projects they are managing
- Provide on-site support for North American projects and assist project managers worldwide as necessary
- Collaborate with leadership to drive growth strategies, establish performance metrics, and maintain a positive work environment, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders

Salary: $120,000 - $150,00 per year, commensurate with experience.
