Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator opportunity include:

- 10+ years of residential and multifamily construction estimating experience
- Experience with Project Management software, UDA ConstructionOnline preferred
- Must have experience managing others
- Prepare bidscopes and distribute via email promptly
- Monitor and track estimates using appropriate software, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Provide oversight to ensure consistent quality in estimating processes

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
