Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator opportunity include:

- 5+ years of experience with commercial construction estimating, preferably for a general contractor
- Previous experience working with restaurant construction is a plus
- Proficient in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings for commercial construction projects
- Expertise in cost estimation techniques, including the use of relevant design tools and principles
- Experience using Procore, MS Project, and Excel
- Develop cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, and other expenses
- Work with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to define project budgets and timelines
- Manage logistics for material and equipment delivery, including vendor bids and preparation of work scopes

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
