Qualifications and responsibilities for this On-Site Construction Superintendent opportunity include:

- Extensive experience in construction supervision, particularly in industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and methods
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations
- OSHA certification, relevant safety training, experience with Procore and Autodesk Construction, and Tilt-Up wall construction experience (preferred)
- Oversee project planning, on-site construction activities, budget management, and quality assurance to ensure compliance, efficiency, and high standards
- Enforce safety protocols, maintain accurate documentation, solve project challenges promptly, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
