Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plant Engineer opportunity include:

- Bachelors in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in chemical or mechanical engineering and project management at a chemical manufacturer
- Experience with batch equipment and hands on maintenance support
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Knowledge of chemical process design, process optimization, and process safety
- Some exposure to Sketchup or AutoCAD
- Oversee process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new product development projects
- Offer technical guidance and hands-on troubleshooting support to maintenance staff for equipment issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process safety, production efficiency, yield, and quality

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
