Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent opportunity include:

- 5+ years of general contracting experience
- Must have good experience with new construction on the institutional, municipal, state, or federal markets
- Extensive experience in construction estimating, accounting, and document administration, with a deep understanding of industry practices and methods
- Experience with Procore
- Oversee project coordination, manage subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and maintain documentation and communication as the primary on-site representative

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
