Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager
- Must have general construction knowledge
- Experience with Sage, Bluebeam OR Procore
- Create weekly manpower schedules tailored to the specific stages of each project
- Manage document control for projects, including handling submittals, change orders, and quality control checklists
- Mostly commercial projects, some residential and industrial

Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
