Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Job Captain opportunity include:

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture desired.
- Architectural License is a great plus!
- Experience should include commercial tenant fit-outs and interior architecture renovations – retail, commercial office, restaurant and single family residential.
- Significant professional experience will also be considered in lieu of degree and license.
- 5+ years of technical design and design production using CAD tools
- Experience developing conceptual designs and coordinating with engineers on the design team
- Knowledge of building codes, building materials, specifications and construction techniques
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe Suites, and BIM 360.
- Experience with REVIT is a plus!

Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
