Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Plumbing Foreman opportunity include:

- 5+ years of commercial and industrial experience required
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and fire protection systems, as well as relevant building codes and regulations
- Skilled in blueprint interpretation and technical document analysis
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills for effective team management
- Efficient task prioritization and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Supervise team in plumbing system installation, repair, and maintenance, ensuring safety and compliance with codes
