We are seeking a Quality Manager to join us at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility near Whitmore Lake, Michigan! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quality Manager opportunity include:

- 10-20 years of experience in a similar role
- Statistics background in Minitab
- Experience with SolidWorks is a plus
- Oversee calibration integrity, serving as the key technical liaison for both internal processes and external customer queries
- Develop and document equipment performance requirements and Final Qualification and Acceptance plans, ensuring clarity and risk management
- Author and maintain detailed Runoff Reports, documenting equipment testing procedures, results, and compliance with specifications
- Manage Inspection Lab operations, including equipment calibration, measurement suitability, and quality control standards adherence
- Act as a quality management advocate, guiding and educating on ISO 9001 processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
