Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Project Manager opportunity include:

- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 3-10 years of civil land development experience
- Licensed Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and/or technical writing are a plus
- Lead in teaching and training entry to mid-level designers and analysts, focusing on site design including layout, grading, utilities, and environmental controls
- Manage projects, handle zoning and land development permitting, conduct field inspections, and oversee hydraulic/hydrologic analysis and site plan drafting
- Assess environmental impacts and prepare comprehensive project reports

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
