Qualifications and responsibilities for this Accounts Payable Clerk opportunity include:

- 2-3 years of construction accounting and union labor payroll experience
- Experience using Sage 100 Contractor software
- Manage weekly payroll for office staff and field technicians, including handling all related payroll taxes, child support payments, and certified reports
- Process new hires and manage accounts payable, including invoice entry and resolution of discrepancies
- Oversee 401K and health insurance plans for employees
- Request certificates of insurance for projects and address any union-related issues, such as layoffs and raises
- Record and settle expenses for both office and field personnel
- Oversee office logistics, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance (e.g., copy machine), mail distribution, and visitor reception.
- Manage fleet vehicle administration, including license plate sticker renewals and accident report processing

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
