Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator opportunity include:

- 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience, facility renovations preferred
- Experience using Bluebeam and Buildertrend
- Strong understanding of estimating using spreadsheets
- On-site and on-screen takeoffs
- Oversee preconstruction activities including estimating, takeoffs, and proposal creation
- Manage and update a historical cost database, and prepare cost proposals
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate daily with the sales team for project updates and prepare construction budgets aligned with estimates
- Projects include senior care, multi-family, and hospitality renovations

Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
