Qualifications and responsibilities for this Roofing Estimator opportunity include:

- Must have experience as a commercial roofing estimator
- Projects include commercial roof repairs ranging from $1,500 up to $50,000+
- Calculate the total costs associated with labor, materials, equipment, and any other expenses necessary for roof repair projects
- Draft proposals that outline the scope of work, estimated costs, timelines, and any warranties for the repair work
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices for materials and ensure that supplies are ordered correctly and delivered on time
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and contracts, and provide reports to management on the status of estimation activities

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus great bonus potential!
