Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 8+ years large-scale commercial project experience, healthcare background preferred
- Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office required
- Skilled in developing renderings using 3D modeling software
- Working knowledge of Building Code and Technical experience
- Experience with Bluebeam and Procore Construction software preferred
- Architectural license is preferred
- Lead Design-Build projects, ensuring timely, practical design development and documentation aligned with construction
- Address and mitigate scope gaps, guide technical decisions, and research materials to meet project and construction needs
- Projects include behavioral health centers and hospitals

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
