Qualifications and responsibilities for this Specification Writer opportunity include:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 10+ years of recent design and construction specification experience
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, BSD SpecLink, MasterSpec, and BlueBeam software
- In-depth understanding of building codes, structural systems, materials standards, and CSI principles
- Previous experience with large-scale, technically complex projects and multiple clients preferred
- Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) License or Registered Architect preferred
- Basic knowledge of industry drawing standards and familiarity with Revit beneficial
- Interpret architectural plans and develop construction specifications, leveraging industry research and material standards to guide design and construction

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
