Qualifications and responsibilities for this EHS Manager opportunity include:

- Degree in a scientific area or environmental, health and safety
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally including at least one chemical production/processing or high-power electronics development and operation
- Expert knowledge of local and national OHS codes, workplace safety standards, chemical safety hazards, and risk analysis methodologies (e.g., HAZOP)
- Membership in EHS professional associations and/or active licenses/certifications in EHS programs is preferred
- Lead and maintain comprehensive regulatory compliance and safety standards, including hazardous waste management, chemical safety, and equipment operation
- Foster a safety-first culture through continuous improvement, risk identification, employee training, and development of emergency preparedness plans
- Coordinate with internal leadership, external contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure EHS program effectiveness and compliance

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
