Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator opportunity include:

- 8+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
- Knowledge of On Screen Take Off & Estimating Software, such as Bluebeam and SmartBid
- Actively seek and prepare accurate bids, updating project specifications and costs
- Source and organize bids from vendors and subcontractors, manage pre-bid documentation
- Analyze costs, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare cost analyses
- Review blueprints, communicate with vendors, and evaluate subcontractor bids
- Attend bid openings and pre-construction meetings as necessary, maintain close communication with internal operations, and consult with operations to develop innovative service solutions

Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
