Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Drainage Engineer opportunity include:

- B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field of study
- Licensed PE in the State of Texas
- 12+ years of experience in modeling, drainage design, and the construction of storm drain improvement systems, including culverts, bridges, and channel modifications
- Proficiency in designing and constructing stormwater treatment facilities, with expertise in runoff treatment, water quality improvement, and innovative solutions for flood, erosion, and water quality challenges
- Familiar with MicroStation, OpenRoads Drainage, GEOPAK Drainage, Storm and Sanitary
- Knowledge of FEMA Flood Insurance Mapping process and procedures
- Responsibilities include water quality controls, flood mitigation, regional ponds, and Municipal and County applications
- Lead engineering teams and manage project resources, plans, and timelines
- Coordinate across CAD, marketing, and financial teams for project success
- Communicate progress and results, with occasional travel for project needs

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
