Qualifications and responsibilities for this Interior Designer opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- NCIDQ or RID Certification required
- 5+ years of interior design experience
- Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, and Excel
- Skilled with preparing design presentations and construction documents
- Knowledge of furniture and FF&E lines
- Knowledge of sustainable design and familiarity with WELL, LEED and/or Fitwell
- Lead and manage comprehensive project efforts, including research, presentations, and preparation of FF&E packages and 3D modeling in Revit
- Support construction phase activities and maintain client and material supplier relationships, ensuring project success from planning through completion
- Projects include universities, colleges, state agencies and municipalities throughout Texas

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
