Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a professional engineer to fill the Statewide Local Technical Assistant Program (LTAP)  Engineer  vacancy located in Olympia, WA. This position will serve as the lead/senior level engineer, managing the LTAP in support of infrastructure management systems of over 400 local agencies in Washington State. In this role, you will provide highly specialized technical engineering assistance and direction to local jurisdictions throughout the state on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Rehabilitation Act. This position supports the agency mission of keeping people and goods moving in the state by promoting the goals of preservation, mobility, and safety in the development of transportation projects.
