Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- 5-8 years of electrical construction project management experience for commercial, residential high-rise, senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or retail project types
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Initiate projects by defining scope and objectives, and reviewing contract drawings
- Manage documentation, submit RFIs, and handle change orders and submittals
- Coordinate materials, schedule releases, and ensure specification compliance
- Attend meetings, assist in BIM/CAD coordination, and maintain client communication
- Monitor progress and finances, including job costing reports and compliance with codes
- Oversee project completion, ensure permit compliance, and compile closeout documents

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
