Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- 10+ years of mechanical construction experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various construction software, such as Raken, Procore, Bluebeam
- Plan, direct, coordinate and budget small and large mechanical construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant permits (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Hot Work, Dig Safe, Building, Police Details)
- Oversee the requisition of supplies and materials, expedite material/equipment rentals buyout, interpret plans and contracts, and review work progress and budgeting reports
- Ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget
- Ensure project safety, understand job specifications, maintain regular site visits and communication with the foreman, and ensure timely completion of all site oversight documentation
- Projects in MA, Southern NH, and RI

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
