Qualifications and responsibilities for this Tool and Die Maker opportunity include:

- Experience in manufacturing tooling environment
- Ability to read and comprehend basic engineering blueprints, tooling prints, and specifications
- Ability to draw or sketch designs of product
- Ability to operate and interpret data from measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Familiar with the safe operation of machine shop equipment
- Good skill level for operation, function, and programming of machine shop equipment such as turning, grinding, and welding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn propriety systems
- Oversee daily maintenance and repair of plant tooling, provide support for manufacturing processes, and assist with new and existing product development
- Design, test, and justify the cost of tools, machinery, and equipment to enhance manufacturing methods, including addressing safety and environmental impacts

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
