Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Coordinator opportunity include:

- 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience in project management software
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed according to plan and meet all necessary regulations and quality standards
- Project types include retail, restaurants, residential, commercial, etc.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
